BREAKING: EFCC Arrest Real Estate Manager over 50 million naira Land Fraud in Enugu.

The Managing Director of Hymac Real Estate, Mr. Okechukwu Ayogu, have been arrested by the Economic and Financial Crime Commission, EFCC, for allegedly defrauding a client of 50 million naira.

According to information made available to UgamaTV, Mr. Ayogu was arrested Thursday evening for refusing to issue the plots of land to a client who made payment since 2020.

According to the source, the Estate Manager refused to issue receipt or documents of the land to the client neither did he refund the money.

The source noted that Mr. Ayogu who was arrested under tight security presence is also been accused of intimidating clients with his security details.

The source further revealed that the Estate Manager have on several occasions refused to honour invitation by the anti-graft agency since then.
