Kylie Kelce is getting honest about the fourth trimester.

The podcaster, who just welcomed her fourth daughter Finnley “Finn” in March with husband Jason Kelce, spoke about how she’s been feeling in the weeks after giving birth during a candid chat on her podcast Not Gonna Lie with Kylie Kelce.

The mom of four began by saying that she’s currently in the midst of the fourth trimester and her body is going through all kinds of “crazy s—.”

“The fourth trimester, when you have older children, I think distracts you to some extent,” Kylie says. “It really doesn’t allow you the time to think to yourself, ‘I smell horrible right now.’ Horrible. And Im’ sweating, but the house is cold. And I think this is a hot flash, but also I’m starving, like the hungirest I’ve ever been. And I feel like I haven’t had a drop of water in a month.”

She goes on to say there are postpartum symptoms that people don’t often talk about that she’s experiencing.

“When you start breastfeeding again, you remember that when your milk lets down, sometimes it feels like hot, fiery needles to your nipples? Are we allowed to say that?” asks Kylie. “Let’s see if it makes the final episode cut.”

Kylie says that she’s learned her cues from Finn and it’s made things easier to know when her daughter is hungry or tired, or just uncomfortable.

“All of those things are lovely milestones for mom’s mental health,” she says. “Hair loss. I experience hair loss when I am done breastfeeding, typically. That is when I have experienced the most hair loss.”

She goes on to say that for her, “one of the most f—– up, twisted things” about postpartum is getting herself dressed.

“That s— is whack. You try to put on pants and you think to yourself, ‘I don’t have a pregnant belly anymore. These are going to fit.’ And then the zipper is. It’s not even one of those situations where you zip up the pants and the button is giving you a hard time,” she jokes.

“The zipper won’t even touch. The zipper said, ‘We’re at odds now. We are not coming together.’ That’s a moment where I’m gonna say it. You gotta give yourself grace,” Kylie says. “And I’m saying that because that’s what I’ve been telling myself. I just grew a human being.”

The mom of four says after talking with her OB, she ended up buying bigger jeans and flowy dresses for summer for her peace of mind. “And that’s all I have to say about that,” she ends her rant.
