A woman whom prosecutors say was sex trafficked by her ex, Sean “Diddy” Combs, testified that the music mogul reacted angrily when she asked for a condom during a sexual encounter with sex workers on her birthday.
The woman, testifying under the pseudonym Jane, is Combs’ former girlfriend. Previously, she told the court that Combs had her participate in “hotel nights” — which seemingly bear similarities to the now-infamous “Freak Offs” at the center of the case.
Recalling her birthday in 2023, Jane testified that Combs took her out to dinner and seemed loving and sweet. But then she said he mentioned having a “hotel night.”
“I gulped, [like] something stuck in my throat,” she testified. “I just accepted it.”
Jane said she was then surprised with three escorts, one after another, about whom she had not been told, she testified.
“It was even more invasive because it my was birthday,” she said on the stand, crying as her voice shook.

At one point, Jane said she asked for a condom, to which he reacted with dirty looks.
“You better not ask for a f—ing condom,” Combs allegedly said, according to Jane.
Eventually, she said, Combs gave her one.
Combs is charged with sex trafficking, racketeering and transportation to engage in prostitution. He has pleaded not guilty.
