Celebrities often have the financial means to get as many cosmetic procedures as they want — but that doesn’t mean that they’ll always be satisfied with the work later on in life.

E!’s new television show, Botched Presents: Plastic Surgery Rewind, will follow nine celebrities and social media influencers embarking on a “transformative journey of self-discovery” at the “Rewind Retreat,” which will see them evaluating if they wish to revise their cosmetic procedures, or continue down the path of getting more work done.

Danity Kane singer Aubrey O’Day, Real Housewives of Atlanta star Kim Zolciak, her influencer daughter Brielle Biermann, Love and Hip Hop: Atlanta star Jessica Dime and 90 Day Fiancé star Larissa Santos Lima are among the TV stars that will participate in the new show.

Content creators Sebastian Bails, Sophia Elgerabli, Alan McGarry, and former Playboy model Kathy Brown round out the cast.

RuPaul’s Drag Race producer and judge Michelle Visage — who had her breast implants removed due to her Hashimoto’s disease — will host the show alongside Dr. Terry Dubrow and body image expert Dr. Spirit, PhD, who will help the cast explore their desires for a more natural look “through eye-opening challenges, unexpected emotional connections and laugh-out-loud moments” that will see them looking “within while reassessing their concept of beauty.”

The trailer, which PEOPLE is exclusively debuting, gives a hint at what viewers can expect from the program. Elgerabli kicks off the short by telling the camera, “I’ve spent at least over $100,000 on cosmetic work.” The footage then cuts to Visage telling cast members, “We’re all considering to rewind a cosmetic procedure.”

Each cast member then details something they’ve had done, with Biermann saying, “I’ve gone through so much with this face,” and her mother adding, “I did a mommy makeover.”

Dime expressed regret at increasing the size of her butt, saying in a confessional, “I just want to get back to what I look like without the shots.” Exploring their feeling about cosmetic work won’t be an easy feat. O’Day admitted on the retreat that she still wants a breast augmentation, while Dubrow confessed to having Botox injections as recently as three days prior to his time on the show.

Botched Presents: Plastic Surgery Rewind will premiere on Wednesday, July 9, at 10 p.m. ET/PT, with episodes becoming available through Peacock seven days after its air date.
